1/2 loaf Salingers Asiago cheese bread, cubed and toasted three large ripe tomatos cut up with juice 1/4 small red onion chopped Balsamic vinaigrette (homemade or Salingers brand) Toss all of the above in a large bowl Top with freshly ground pepper, salt, and chopped fresh basil Let sit for fifteen minutes bfore serving
Optional additions: small cubes of cheese blanched green beans cut up Any other fresh summer vegetable,or chick peas
